Location
The Stage Gallery is centrally located in Bonn, at Thomas-Mann-Straße 41, directly on the street and has two shop windows, which makes it particularly visible. Thanks to its proximity to the main railway station and several multi-storey car parks, it is easily accessible. There are numerous hotels, restaurants, cafés and bars in the neighbourhood, making it an ideal place for art lovers who want to combine a visit with a stroll through the city or a relaxing stay.

Exhibition conditions:
1. You are the sole author and creator of the works/photos.
2. The works/photos do not infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties, do not infringe the personal rights of third parties, do not contain any third-party trademarks and do not violate any other laws.
3. Each person depicted in the works/photos has granted you permission.
4. Exhibitors agree to indemnify ‘The Stage Gallery’ in full against all licence fees, royalties and other financial obligations to persons resulting from a breach of the aforementioned provisions.
5. The royalties of the works shall not be assigned to ‘The Stage Gallery’ at any time. The copyright to the works remains with the authors and only with them. 6.
6. The copyright to the works/photographs during and after the exhibition remains with the artists.
7. All photographs used by ‘The Stage Gallery’ will be clearly labelled with the names of the photographers. If this has been overlooked, it will be corrected immediately upon mention.
8. All exhibitors agree that all photographs submitted may be used by ‘The Stage Gallery’ for advertising purposes.
9. Exhibitors grant ‘The Stage Gallery’ the right to use their images to promote the exhibition, for display on the website of ‘The Stage Gallery’ and for inclusion in an exhibition catalogue.
10. ‘The Stage Gallery’ may use all submitted contributions for marketing and advertising purposes in all media, whereby there is no financial compensation.
11. Exhibitors are responsible for the punctual delivery and collection of their artworks. If ‘The Stage Gallery’ wishes to return the works, the artist must ensure that sturdy packaging (cardboard box) is provided. The Stage Gallery will not assume any costs for transport and packaging or any import or customs fees. Artworks that are delivered after the specified delivery date can no longer be accepted. A storage fee of EUR 5.00 per day or part thereof will be charged for exhibits that are not collected on the specified date. The Stage Gallery ships exclusively with DHL.
12. The works of art are not insured against damage and theft during the exhibition!
13 The rental price must be paid in advance.
Final provisions:
With the booking/rental, the tenant recognises the exhibition conditions. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for all services and obligations relating to the exhibition at ‘The Stage Gallery’ is Bonn.
