The 1st edition of the “X roid“ in Basel
You are warmly invited to the ‚X roid – Int’l Instant Art Expo‘ in Basel – an international exhibition celebrating the magic of instant photography.
X roid Basel 2026 presents over 90 unique instant images by 26 artists from 12 countries, including Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, Hong Kong, Philippines, the USA and others. This makes ‘X roid’ one of the most important Polaroid events in Europe. Many of the exhibiting artists will be present at the exhibition.
Discover the richness of instant photography: spontaneous snapshots, staged scenes and creative experiments on real Polaroid film – raw, poetic and experimental.
