Audience Award

A vote will be held among visitors to the exhibition during the opening reception. The artist of the audience favorite will be invited by us to a 3-day solo exhibition in 2026!**

The Stage Gallery invites artists to participate in the winter exhibition ‘X-MAS Exhibition 2025’.

This thematically open exhibition at the end of the year offers a platform for creative diversity and expressiveness. There are no content requirements – instead, the individual artistic vision takes centre stage.

There are no thematic restrictions – the artists have complete freedom to present their favourite motifs, techniques and forms of expression.

All artistic techniques are permitted, including painting, photography, sculpture, digital art and mixed media. The works can be abstract or realistic.

The call for entries is aimed at artists of all levels of experience.

Sold artworks can be replaced with new ones during the exhibition.

The Stage Gallery is looking forward to presenting a broad spectrum of artistic works with the exhibition ‘X-MAS Exhibition 2025’. Show us your art – without limits and without specifications!

Opening: Thursday, December 4th, 2025

Exhibition duration: until December 30th, 2025

Participation is on a first come, first served basis.

Registration deadline: as long as space is available!

Participation info
  • 27 days (December 4th – 30th, 2025)
  • Open: Wed. – Fri. 2 – 6 p.m., Sun. 2 – 5 p.m. (Sun. no counselling and no sales)
  • Formats: 1 artwork S (incl. framing the longest side max. 40cm) or 1 artwork M (incl. framing the longest side max. 70cm) or 1 artwork L (incl. framing the longest side max. 100cm) or 1 artwork L+ (incl. framing the longest side max. 120cm)
  • Sold artworks can be replaced with new ones (same size or smaller) during the exhibition.
  • Participation fee: 119 € (S), 159 € (M), 199 € (L) resp. 229 € (L+) (each incl. 19% VAT)
  • Sculptures and objects on request
  • The costs for flyers/posters and public relations are included in the participation fee.
  • In case of sale we charge a commission of 30% of the sales price.

Participate in the exhibition
There is a fee to participate in our group exhibition.
The participation fee covers the space, organization, and advertising—and you’re officially part of it!

Audience Award—Your chance for a solo show
During the opening reception, the audience can vote for the work or artist they like best.
Each person present has one vote—fair and transparent.
After the voting has ended, the votes will be counted by The Stage Gallery.

What can you win?
The most votes = your own solo exhibition (3 days) in 2026!
We will clarify the details such as date, duration, and organization together in a separate agreement.

Fairness counts
The participation fee only secures your place in the group exhibition.
The audience award is a free extra – as a special token of appreciation from the audience.
Attempts at manipulation (e.g., multiple voting) will result in the votes being disqualified.

Important:
Voting is a voluntary action for artistic recognition – not a competition.

** This includes a 3-day solo exhibition including setup, 250 flyers + 2 posters (design + printing), invitations via our mailing list (email, newsletter, WhatsApp), and social media advertising in the period from January to December 2026. Upon sale, we charge a commission of 50% of the sale price.
